Le groupe GEMALTO recherche un stagiaire pour la mission suivante : I. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Cartes 2008 is - a major tradeshow for Gemalto as we are one of the key Exhibitor. - A Gemalto cocktail party to organize for our key customers Missions will be to assist with all aspects of communication, logistics, planning, preparation, and functioning of "Cartes 2008" event in Paris, Nov 2008. 1. Manage the logistics part of the Cartes 2008 evening party for customers 2. External and Internal communication on the tradeshow 3. Logistics and coordination 4. Take part of the tradeshow to supervise the booth from the set up to the end Be part of Cartes 2008 project team II. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS Methodical, adaptable, capable of working on own initiative, energetic and a good team member. Specific required knowledges : Microsoft skills - Tridion could be a plus English not vital but very desirable. III. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION No professional experience needs, it is a training course Education: No particular qualifications (SUP de Co / ESCAE / IAE / ...)
