Descriptif :


The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be part of the EMEA Marketing team and will report to the VP Solutions Marketing. The role combines operational marketing and sales support related to Axway IT solutions promotion and development in the supply chain, logistics and transportation markets.

In EMEA, he/she disseminates marketing and sales support material, train local marketing persons and ensure replication of best go-to-market and lead generation practices. In parallel, he/she is able to understand business needs and bring all necessary support to European sales teams in qualifying business opportunities and promoting Axway solutions.

In addition, he/she works closely with EMEA Axway’s teams and owns responsibility in collecting and reporting local markets requirements, trends, competition business intelligence… relevant to Axway growth and market positioning in EMEA.

The position is located in Puteaux (Paris) and requires approximately 20 % traveling in Europe.


Key Responsibilities
• Disseminate relevant supply chain market knowledge sales and marketing support tools and track adoption rate
• Assist local marketing teams in localizing and duplicating best-in-class lead generation programs. Measure and analyze achievements and results
• Support sales in answering RFIs, RFPs and winning customers, proactively support the field to develop the
• Proactively communicate with management and report on solutions performance and market trends
• Proactively work in sync with Corporate and operational marketing, sales managers, product management and general managers
Profile
• 3+ years of experience in business marketing and/or sales networks support
• Good IT technology background, understanding of the technical concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset, international minded
• French & English speaking. Spanish will be an advantage
Key Skills
• Self-motivating, self-starter, self-organized
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence and convince others from peers to executives, customers, partners
• Proven experience working within matrix orientated organizations
• Willing to go to the field and ability to engage third parties
