Descriptif :

The Marketing Product Manager / B2B solutions will be part of the IT Solutions Marketing team and will report to the VP Solutions Marketing.
The role combines business development, design and marketing of the solutions. He/She is able to qualify business needs and propose appropriate Axway solutions. He/She leads all go-to-market activities up to winning the first deals, brings the solutions to market and contributes to Axway growth.
He/She works closely with the technical product management.
The position is located in Puteaux (Paris).

Key Responsabilities
• Identify and assess the market opportunity for new B2B business solutions, built from Axway product portfolio
• Solution business planning, customer acquisition, solution launch planning
• Build and lead the solution go-to-market plan, participate to it and control its execution:
o Build solution promotion and sales material
o Ensure solution sales channels readiness (including sales trainings)
o Develop demand generation initiatives and support operational marketing in appropriate lead generation actions (including webinars, market events, etc.)
o Support sales in winning customers, proactively support the field to develop the business
• Proactively work in sync with: product management, sales, corporate and operational marketing
• Proactively communicate with management on solution performance and market trends
Profile
• 5+ years of experience in software product marketing and product management programs
• Good technology background, understanding of the technical concepts
• Technical and business knowledge of B2B solutions
• Good business case analysis skills
• Internationally minded
• French & English speaking. Spanish or Italian would be a plus
Key Skills
• Self-motivating, self-starter, self-organized
• Good verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence and convince others from peers to executives, customers, partners
• Proven experience in managing cross-organizational teams (including external partners) on a day-to-day basis
• Willing to go into the field and ability to engage customers
