Descriptif :	Le groupe GEMALTO recherche un stagiaire pour la mission suivante : I. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Mission 1 : Maintain and Update Marketing Customer Database "GOLDMINE" (70% workload) - Update data regularly under ACCESS - Improve ergonomy and create new queries/reports/graphs/forms under ACCESS - Support & Inform Product/Marketing Managers on GOLDMINE evolutions 4 main deliverables 1) List of evolutions/bugs maintained 2) New Reports & Forms in GOLDMINE requested by users 3) 2008 Booling/CRM/EMC/Forecast integrated in GOLDMINE 4) Formal communication/training to users (mail, meeting, ...) Mission 2 : Support and maintain the Telecom On-line survey (customer survey 30% workload) - Create a new survey each quarter: select topics with marketing / product managers and design the survey in the existing tool (WysuForms: training provided by the company) - Maintain the customer database according to new contacts imported from CRM / delete wrong contacts - Deliver survey results under ppt presentation II. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS 1. Mandatory Skills - Strong knowledge of ACCESS and EXCEL - Good knowledge of Powerpoint - English written and spoken Qualities - Motivated by technical activities (Excel/Access database updates) - Ability to make brief and clear written presentations - Good relationsships and communication skills 2. Optional - Knowledge of Visual Basic - Knowledge of FRONTPAGE/equivalent and WEB-based database (SQL, ...) - Knowledge of FLASH III. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Either education in IUT/DUT in Information System or Engineer school, with strong interest in Marketing and good communication skills Either education in Business School with strong level/interest in Database tools ACCESS/EXCEL/SQL Voir toutes les offres de cette entreprise
