  MAIN TASKS:   Duties As a member of the Clean Energy System Divisional FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team, the FP&A intern will conduct the FP&A activities at divisional level and support the local finance controllers from different regions (Europe, Asia, North America and South America) for the monthly reporting and construction of divisional Budget and Strategic plan.   Responsibilities Monthly Closing and Forecast Consolidation of Volume, Topline & Operating Margin to help to pilot the monthly results. Prepare the reporting for P&L split by plant and communication to top management (CFO). Prepare the Overdues report for Top Management (CFO & Sales VP) Help with monitoring the monthly rolling forecast from construction to the consolidation and dashboarding of the final data.   Financial Controlling Controlling of the Data Quality base on the bottom-up approach for forecast. Monthly controlling the data consistency between Hyperion Planning and HFM.   Financial reporting system (Hyperion) Support FP&A Manager to tackle with solutions for financial reporting system. Work collaboratively with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) team for testing of IT solutions.   Budget Cycle Support the FP&A team and local financial controllers for the Budget construction. Help to prepare the Budget reporting (consolidation files, PPTs) for top management
