The Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy is a commercially driven team delivering web directrevenue at a controlled cost. We are a team of digital channel &ecommerce project experts leading the web direct commercial strategy & supporting regional eCommerce teams, overseeing overall commercial web directperformance; leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships and tools to maximise topline revenue in the most cost effective way. We are servicing, supporting and enabling all the brands and our loyalty programme, ensuring a full funnel approach in all our campaign activation through paid and owned channels. Within the Global Digital Marketing team, in the Customer Experience & Engagement team, the SEO Content Manager reports to the VP Customer Experience & Engagement. The team will be responsible & accountable for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands Commercial web direct Strategy & Vision, as well as contributing and influencing the ALL.com & App long term vision. Description : Define Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands SEO content strategy with hubs, and support regions in defining the ALL.com content strategy. Develop SEO content community mindset. Drive and Influence technical optimisation of the websites for Premium, Midscale & Economy Brands as well as ALL.com. Guide/Consult/Impact SEO optimisation and participate in the Global partnerships (YEXT, Google ). Continually challenge tool development and the SEO ecosystem. Coordinate a global view of content initiatives between digital touchpoints and brand segments to improve SEO performance and contribution to web direct. Monitor and evaluate implemented measures and content performance. Key Stakeholders : Digital Factory Direct Web Teams Global Brands Teams Regions eCommerce & Brands teams (ICP Channels) Qualifications Min. 5 years relevant experience in SEO content management, preferably in travel or hospitality industry or agency Experience in developing and delivering successful SEO campaign strategies Expert knowledge of Content Management System tools Fluent in English, additional language plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical SEO understanding, deep knowledge of SEO measurement and web KPIs & analytics tools (Google Analytics,, SEO tools & dashboards) Agency and stakeholder management skills Strong communication & organizational skills Working with cross-functional team with multiple project owners What benefits can Accor offer its employees?
