Dynapac North America LLC Dynapac is a leading supplier of high tech soil and asphalt rollers, light equipment and pavers, committed to strengthen customer performance by being a partner on the road ahead. Headquartered in Wardenburg, Germany, Dynapac has production facilities in Europe, South America, and Asia. Dynapac is part of the FAYAT Group.  Job description: This position will have within his/her scope the sales responsibility for capital equipment within North America. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong customer focus. Responsible for the overall management and development of the sales process with the aim of supporting and continuously improving our distribution channels, rental partners and end users. This position reports to the President and Regional General Manager.   Job Duties/Mission: Participate in local business activities and business decision making and actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with central and local strategies and targets. Manage P&L in accordance with sales and budgetary goals Develop and Implement Strategic Development plan for North America Optimize working capital and investment thru forecasting and inventory management Work with the Dealers and Credit Department as required on contractual, financing (wholesale & retail) and performance issues Make certain that adequate internal control processes are in place to safeguard all company’s assets. Ensure that Group processes are implemented and followed. Participate in local business activities and business decision making and actively contribute in developing the business in accordance with central and local strategies and targets. Promote transparency in facts and figures to ensure a decision process based on adequate and objective information.   Profil souhaité : Experience Requirements: Solid background in sales, territory and multi-channel management. Experience within compaction and paving business a plus. Experience with P&L management in terms of forecasting and actual to budget management. Ability to work within a fast paced environment as a strong and influential team member Capital equipment business New/Used/Rent-to-sell/Financed Channel management Direct/Full Line Distributors/Rental Accounts/Specialty Distributors/Independent Maunfactuers Representative Knowledge/Education Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar with ten years of experience along with a solid sales and distribution knowledge within North American market. The capacity to develop a solid understanding or our products, the market and sales process. Fluent in English is a must. French or Spanish would be a plus. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word and Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  Certifications/Licenses:  Maintain a valid driver’s license. Travel Requirements: Travel is expected, approximately 75% of the time; primarily domestic US with some international travel.   Personality requirements: The successful candidate should be capable of working independently with good analytical and communication skills. The candidate should also have good leadership and team-building skills and possess the ability to find solutions to challenging projects. In addition, the candidate should be capable of easily and fluidly relating to the local and global management team in order to best support the needs of the business.   WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
